At the heart of Murshad Halal is Chef Wajid, a culinary professional with more than 20 years of experience in the food industry. He has worked in renowned five-star hotels and international kitchens in Dubai, the United States and beyond, mastering halal Pakistani, Indian and Chinese cuisines along the way.
His experience also covers buffet service and large-scale halal catering, which is why every dish leaves our kitchen with the same quality, consistency and taste, whether you order one gyro or food for a family gathering.
